Job Specification:
This is a full-time Pharmacist Manager position offering a consistent Monday to Friday roster of 37.5+ hours per week. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. You'll be managing a medium-paced dispensary alongside a dedicated team of seven staff.
Your leadership will be hands-on, driving the business forward while maintaining high service standards and efficient workflow.
Skills Required:
* AHPRA registered Pharmacist with Australian working rights
* 2-3+ years in a managerial or senior pharmacist role
* Confident in leading a team and driving business outcomes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experienced in forward dispensing and workflow management
Salary & Benefits:
