We're hiring a team of People Business (HR) Advisors to work closely with our People Leaders from our Product Development in Sydney and Singapore. This position is based in Sydney.
You will work closely with the People Business Partners (HR Business Partners) in collaboration with COE's within the people team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your HR advisory, consultation, employee relations and business partnering skills.

- Act as a consultant and effectively partner with People Leaders and team members on talent processes to ensure talent needs, diversity, equity and inclusion considerations are met
- Proactively manage employee relations cases - informing, consulting and partnering with Employment Legal Counsel as appropriate
- Participate in building the capability of people leaders and team members through training, development and coaching; keeping teams up-to-date about upcoming learning and development initiatives
- Collaborate with People Business Partners on overall people strategies that support the culture, company direction, and the growth needs of the business and employees
- Work with the Centre's of Expertise (COE's) to ensure the effective development and implementation of programs and tools to drive business goals; provides feedback on implementation and utilization of tools
- Get involved in creating and continually improving people policies, processes and resources
- Maintain current and complete understanding of national and state laws including case law, Fair Work Regulations, Employment Regulations, Work Health and Safety etc.; protecting our interests by ensuring all legal requirements for equal employment and compliance are met

- Bachelor's Degree qualifications or business-related discipline
- Proven and solid experience in a HR advisor or HR generalist role
- Independent with the ability to proactively communicate with the stakeholders. Takes ownership in driving initiatives though effective project management skills.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with radical candour approach in fast paced environment and mindset to challenge with curiosity through engaging in deeper conversations with stakeholders to achieve success in attracting and retaining the best talent
- Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations and ability to deal with ambiguity with solution-focused thinking, driven by data, strong judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to present, train/facilitate, influence, and negotiate
- High-level of personal integrity and confidentiality
- Strong understanding of HR practices, including employment law and regulation
- Experience using an HRIS system, Workday experience preferred
- Strong mediation and conflict resolution experience
