About the Role: We're looking for motivated individuals to join them as a Sales Consultant However in time will progress into leadership. No prior bike knowledge is required - they provide full training and support. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, build long-term relationships, and work with a dedicated team to achieve sales targets. If you're driven, eager to learn, and passionate about customer experience, this role is perfect for you. Skills and Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive in-store experience. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to promote repeat business. Drive sales by meeting and exceeding sales goals and product knowledge targets. Assist in stock management, merchandising, and store presentation. Work closely with your team to achieve collective store targets. Learn and grow with our comprehensive training programs and Leadership Academy. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. Perks & Benefits: Initial hourly rate: Award rate LEVEL 1, with an increase to LEVEL 4 once you move into the Future Team Leader role. Additional pay: Penalties for weekend work (Sat/Sun) and uncapped commission based on performance. On-target earnings: Dependent on your individual performance. No late nights: Weekend work is expected, but no late-night shifts.
