Medical Officer
As a Medical Officer at CSH, you will assist employers to manage their workplace health risks through the provision of a range of medical services including Medical Assessments (NSW Coal Order 45), reporting, referrals, advice to clients and advice to management on current and emerging occupational health issues.
Qualifications
* Qualifications recognised by AHPRA as suitable for registration as a medical practitioner (mandatory)
* Minimum 4 years' post internship relevant medical experience
* Sound clinical skills
* Current NSW driver licence and willingness to travel for workplace, educational and operational duties
* Current registration to perform rail medicals (desirable)
* A proven understanding of the relevant coal industry Acts and Regulations in the performance of statutory medicals (or ability to obtain)
* Must live close to Lithgow, or be willing to relocate, as this is a Monday to Friday office‐based role

CS Health administers NSW Coal Order 45, covering medical assessments for NSW coal workers. CS Health is also a SIRA accredited workplace rehabilitation provider and provides return‐to‐work services for injured workers, primarily within the NSW coal industry.
