What you'll do:
As a Change Analyst, you will play an integral role in supporting one of the most ambitious transformation programmes within the banking sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working collaboratively with various teams to ensure that change initiatives are delivered smoothly and effectively. You will engage with stakeholders from different areas of the business, helping them navigate complex changes while maintaining compliance with strict regulatory standards. Your efforts will be crucial in preparing teams for new ways of working, facilitating open communication channels, and ensuring that every aspect of change is documented thoroughly. * Support the successful delivery of change initiatives across a large enterprise transformation platform, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders in the Collections & Hardship business space to understand their needs and facilitate effective change adoption.
* Operate within a highly APRA-regulated environment, maintaining rigorous standards for risk management, controls, and traceability throughout all change activities.
* Work alongside both first and second line risk teams to identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
* Contribute to business readiness by preparing impacted teams for upcoming changes through clear communication, training sessions, and tailored support.
