We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our Document Production team in our Sydney office.

What you'll do

* Deliver high-quality document creation, amendment, formatting, and audio transcription services to legal practice groups and non-legal functions using a range of applications.
* Monitor workflow and deadlines, allocating tasks across the Document Production team to ensure timely and efficient completion.
* Scope and triage incoming work to determine appropriate handling and prioritisation.
* Provide technical assistance and support to members of the Document Production team.
* Work with DP Workflow Coordinators and DP Team Leaders within Australia and globally to ensure workload and resources are managed efficiently.
* Comply with Work Health and Safety (WHS) obligations relevant to the role, including supervising and supporting team members to foster a safe and respectful workplace.

What you'll bring

* Minimum typing speed of 80 words per minute with 98% accuracy.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including creating, formatting, modifying and applying styles, using track changes, and document comparison tools.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
* Experience transcribing witness interviews using transcription equipment.
* Strong and accurate proofreading skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple competing deadlines.
* Demonstrated ability to think ahead, set priorities, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills when liaising with key internal stakeholders.
* Previous experience working with an offsite services provider.
* Proven leadership skills.
