Manage remediation projects including blast & paint, concrete repair, and structural integrity from initial setup to completion for Duratec's tier 1 mining clients.
THE ROLE
* Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
* Ensure effective cost control and efficient project execution
* Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
* Report on project progress and conduct weekly meetings
* Provide advice on technical and engineering issues
* Liaise closely with clients to ensure project adherence to schedule
* Participate in tendering and estimation processes
* Travel to mine sites and support teams
* Manage clients and stakeholders
* Manage self-perform crews and enhance efficiencies
* Oversee multiple projects
* Create and modify ITPs and SWMS
* Raise RFI's and track responses
About You
You are a positive front-line leader with approximately 5 years of on-site management experience, including:
* Experience in mining, plant maintenance, and shutdowns
* Experience in blast & paint, concrete repair, and remediation projects
* Ability to coordinate and deliver complex shutdowns
* Strong program and planning skills
* Proficiency in managing budgets and controlling costs
* Exceptional stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
Qualifications And Requirements

* Driver's License
* Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering
