We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist to join the team on a maternity leave contract. This is a busy, fast-paced position where you will have the opportunity to enhance your dental knowledge and skills with the support of our experienced management team.
Our Client: A reputable private dental practice located in Manly, operating with three surgeries and supported by a dedicated team of four dentists. Their commitment lies in delivering exceptional dental care and outstanding customer service to their patients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive experience.
2. Answer telephone calls and manage patient inquiries promptly and courteously.
3. Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments as required.
4. Provide administrative support, including document filing, scanning, and copying.
5. Assist with clinic and surgery cleaning to maintain a hygienic environment.
6. Manage patient invoicing and accounts accurately.
7. Assist with our patient recall systems to ensure timely follow-ups.
8. Provide chair-side dental assistance to our dentists when required.
What We Are Looking For:

3. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
4. Experience with dental practice management software, such as Exact, is preferred.
