This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of data governance and optimization of hospital activity data. As a Senior Data and Administration Officer - Health, you will provide direct support to the Manager, Clinical Financial Analytics Team (CFA), and contribute to the efficient operation of the business unit.
The successful candidate will have highly advanced executive support skills, including organisational skills, judgement, and attention to detail. They will also possess sound knowledge and experience in contemporary office management practices, conventions, and protocols.
You will work collaboratively with clinical and operational leaders to define data reporting and predictive analysis needs, ensuring reproducible and clearly defined statewide hospital activity data.

About the Role
* Provide high-level complex data and administrative support to the CFA team.
* Coordinate and deliver data literacy programs, developing technical and user documentation to support these initiatives.
* Support the development of business improvement processes and programs aimed at establishing a high-performing statewide health and hospital system.
* Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to define data reporting and predictive analysis needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications

* Sound knowledge and experience in contemporary office management practices, conventions, and protocols.
* Possess sound knowledge and experience in utilising information systems and analysing data using basic statistical principles.
