The Role – Senior Estimator
We're seeking a highly skilled Estimator to lead the tendering process across luxury residential projects.
You will:
* Review drawings in detail and prepare accurate, competitive tenders
* Conduct site visits to assess logistics and methodology
* Maintain and update the rates database
* Build and nurture strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants
* Collaborate with delivery teams for seamless project handovers
This is a key role within the business, working closely with senior management and the delivery team.
About You
* Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
* Proven experience estimating luxury residential projects
* Strong trade and measurement knowledge
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Stable, consistent work history
