Supervisor – Permanent Part-Time

Salary: $75,000 FTE (pro rata)
Roster: Mostly night shifts, 7-day availability (likely set roster)
Oliveti is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our front-of-house leadership team. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads from the floor, understands the rhythm of evening service, and takes pride in delivering warm, professional hospitality.
You'll play a key role in overseeing night services, supporting the team, and ensuring every guest experience reflects the quality Oliveti is known for.
The Role
Working closely with venue management, you'll be responsible for supervising services, managing the floor, and supporting staff performance during busy trade.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and supervising evening service periods
* Managing floor operations, bookings, and service flow
* Supporting and mentoring FOH staff on shift
* Delivering attentive, polished, and genuine guest service
* Handling open/close procedures and shift reporting
* Ensuring compliance with RSA, WHS, and venue standards
* Maintaining a positive, calm, and professional service environment
About You
* Previous experience as a Supervisor or Duty Manager in a quality restaurant
* Confident running night services and managing a team
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Calm, organised, and guest-focused under pressure
* Available across 7 days, with mostly night work
* Happy with a likely set roster
