Facilities Maintenance Professional
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of our facilities. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
A maintenance technician must be able to work independently as well as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities are also essential for success in this role.
* Maintain routine inspections and repairs of property facilities to ensure they meet high standards of quality and safety.
* Perform prompt and courteous responses to resident maintenance requests.
* Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as general building maintenance.
* Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they meet company standards.
* Assist in maintaining exterior grounds and common areas of the property.
* Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all maintenance activities.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1-3 years of maintenance experience.
* Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
