An established and privately owned property development and management company is seeking a confident and dynamic Industrial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of predominantly industrial properties.
You will work directly for the landlord, managing relationships with multinational and international tenants. You'll be part of a small, agile team where the business owners are actively involved, enabling quick decision-making and a responsive working environment. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal restructure and the organisation's evolving business needs and succession planning.

The Role
Responsibilities
As Industrial Property Manager, you'll take full responsibility for a high-performing industrial and commercial portfolio located throughout Perth's eastern corridor. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing your own portfolio while leading and mentoring junior property managers
* Building and maintaining strong tenant relationships, focusing on engagement, retention, and service delivery
* Overseeing lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
* Taking ownership of all facilities and asset management duties, including compliance and contractor management
* Conducting property inspections and ensuring maintenance and safety obligations are met
* Using Cirrus8 software to manage property workflows, budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
* Supporting tenants in their use of the Cirrus8 portal to encourage self-sufficiency and streamlined communication
* Providing timely and detailed reporting to owners and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial, ideally managing an industrial portfolio
* Proficiency with Cirrus8, and willingness to learn and champion the software
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a confident, solutions-focused approach
* Sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting
* Experience in facilities management and contractor coordination
* High attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
* Current PM registration, police clearance, WA driver's licence, and own vehicle
