Kimberley Personnel (KP) has been providing Specialised Employment Services to people with barriers including disabilities and chronic health conditions in the Kimberley Region for over 34 years. As the recently appointed provider of the new Inclusive Employment Australia program for the Kimberley, we are seeking to build a new passionate and dedicated team.
We are seeking people who have a passion for making a difference in people's lives. Our work involves:
* Case management in a friendly, strengths based and holistic style; but also in accordance with contractual requirements
* Assessing each client's needs, employment interests, aptitudes, goals and any barriers to be overcome in collaboration with them
* Developing a tailored plan with each client to help them overcome any barriers and achieve their goals
* Working closely with employers to support client goal achievement and assure employers needs are also met
* Networking broadly with other agencies and client support networks (with respect for client privacy)
* Collecting evidence of goal achievement in line with contractual requirements
* Completing all administration tasks in a timely and comprehensive manner
