We're looking for an experienced Senior Cruise Consultant who can deliver exceptional service and craft unforgettable cruise holidays for our growing customer base. In this role, you'll use your in-depth cruise knowledge and customer‑first approach to convert enquiries into bookings, build lasting client relationships, and hit performance targets while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Responding to inbound enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Creating tailored cruise packages that meet each client's needs and preferences.
* Managing the end‑to‑end booking process, including amendments and documentation.
* Building rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Keeping up to date with the latest cruise products, deals, and industry trends.
* Working towards monthly sales targets and KPIs in a motivated, team‑focused environment.
* Contributing ideas and feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer experience.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a Cruise and/or Travel consultant role – minimum 3 years.
* Strong knowledge of major cruise lines, itineraries, and inclusions.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a high‑volume environment.
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Confidence using booking systems (e.g. Tramada, Odysseus or similar platforms).
* Experience with GDS Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task under pressure.
* Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Personal cruise travel experience is a plus.
