Salary: AUD36 - AUD37 per hour plus super
Located in Dandenong South, our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality products for the trailer, caravan and RV markets in Australia and New Zealand. Known for their top-tier running gear range (axles, brakes and suspension systems) we now have an chance for an experienced Production Assembler to join our growing team.
Hours:
This role is on day shift - 6.30am till 3pm with an early finish every Friday at 12.10pm.
Responsibilities
Assembling various components - axles, brakes and suspension systems
Using hand and power tools
Following detailed instructions
Conducting quality checks to meet high standards
Follow all safe work practices to ensure a secure work environment
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Working in fabrication/engineering environment
About You
To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:
Previous experience in an assembly role ideally in a manufacturing environment
Possess good mechanical aptitude with understanding of tools, machinery and equipment
Manual dexterity and ability to handle materials and components with precision
Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work
