Are you an experienced construction professional looking to lead, or a hardworking individual ready to join a top-tier team? We're hiring a Construction Coordinator & Site Supervisor and multiple Construction Workers to support our expanding projects.
Construction Coordinator & Site Supervisor
As a leader on our team, you'll oversee projects, manage teams, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and contractors
* Ensure strict safety compliance, conduct toolbox meetings, and manage SWMS, JSA, and SOPs
* Coordinate schedules, materials, and budgets for on-time, high-quality project completion
* Conduct site inspections, maintain equipment, and report project progress
* Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and overall project execution
What You Need:
✔ Qualifications: CBS Registration, relevant trade qualification or degree, White Card, Forklift License, Working at Heights Certificate
✔ Skills: Leadership, project coordination, safety & quality management, problem-solving, strong communication
✔ Experience: Proven track record in construction supervision, project & cost control, equipment servicing, and site safety management
Construction Workers (Skilled & General Positions Available)
