Job Description
The Change & Release Coordinator is responsible for providing analysis and administrative support to changes within a customer's site. The role ensures that all changes progress in a timely manner within the change management lifecycle.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that changes and releases made on systems within Datacom's control adhere to the defined Change Enablement Processes.
This role involves effectively managing the lifecycle of change requests across single and/or multiple accounts as directed, and assisting in validating failed changes due to technical or process failure.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels, including customer level.
