Your new role
As Executive Officer, you will provide high-level executive and corporate secretarial support to the Board, CEO, and Leadership Team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of governance processes and executive administration.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and distributing agendas, Board papers, and minutes for meetings
* Maintaining Board registers and coordinating membership processes
* Supporting compliance with governance standards and relevant legislation
* Delivering confidential executive support to the CEO and Leadership Team, including diary management, stakeholder liaison, and preparation of reports and correspondence
* Coordinating input for key organisational reports and assisting with strategic projects
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role providing executive and corporate secretarial support
* Strong proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Suite
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
* Experience in the not-for-profit sector and knowledge of Salesforce is desirable.
* Capability to work in office 5 days/week
