About the Role
The Assistant Director or Associate Director will help make a difference to young people in care in regional Western Australia.
Therapeutic Residential Care is an intensive 24/7 care arrangement for a cohort of young people in the care of the Department of Communities.
* Provide a safe and stable home for young people that enables them to heal, connect, learn, and be prepared for their adult lives.
The role involves working with highly complex needs, previous placement instabilities, and are currently not suitable for a family style environment. The homes can accommodate up to 4 young people aged between 10 and 17 years old.
