Assistant Centre Manager
This is a senior leadership position within our kindergarten, reporting directly to the Centre Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the centre, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Management and Operations: Assist in managing the centre's operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and implementing policies and procedures.
* Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to teaching staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Enrolment and Communication: Oversee the enrolment process and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians.
* Safety and Cleanliness: Monitor and maintain the safety and cleanliness of the facility.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a kindergarten or early childhood education setting.
* Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles, curriculum planning, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with staff and parents.
