This is a fantastic role for someone looking to work in a collaborative and high-performing environment, advising on the most complex and largest deals in the market. Our MAC team is an integral part of the broader Corporate Practice Group, involved in Australia's largest and most complex deals. We focus on quality, innovation, and timeliness, delivering successful outcomes in M&A for leading companies and financial sponsors globally, including: Public M&A (takeovers and schemes) Private M&A (business and share sales and acquisitions) Equity Capital Markets Private Equity Head Office & Governance Due Diligence General Corporate and Commercial Recognised as top-tier in Australia and the Asia region, our team operates nationally, collaborating with specialists and supporting staff across various parts of the firm, including Banking & Finance, Tax, and Funds. The role offers involvement in public and private M&A, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory work across sectors like mining, infrastructure, energy, financial services, health, media, technology, and retail. This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working (60% in-office). We support flexible work arrangements and are happy to discuss what works best for you.
