A fast-growing custom homebuilder in the Redland Bay area is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their expanding construction team. This is a hands‐on leadership role overseeing beautifully designed, high-quality residential builds for a builder known for craftsmanship, consistency, and a strong local reputation.

* Salary package up to $145,000 + super (experience dependent)

The Role
* Oversee approx 15 high‐quality residential builds from start to finish
* Coordinate and lead subcontractors to ensure quality, safety and program targets are met
* Build strong relationships with clients, trades and internal teams
* Ensure all sites comply with HSE and QBCC requirements
* Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and to a high standard
About You
* QBCC Supervisor or Builders Licence – essential
* Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly regarded
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Site Supervisor role
* Confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills
* Professional, detail‐driven, and passionate about quality and safety
