We are seeking an experienced Landscape Leading Hand to join our team, responsible for facilitating residential front garden installations.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and lead a team environment.
* Plan and organize project materials efficiently.
* Create work programs and deadlines effectively.
* Install high-quality front garden packages in residential estates across the Perth metro area, including reticulation installation, planting, mulch, stone, steppers, and edging.
* Ensure clear communication with staff, supervisors, and management.
Skills and Qualifications
* Landscape construction experience in hardscape and softscape is essential.
* Specialist horticultural skills and experience are advantageous.
* A keen eye for finishing and detail is required.
* The ability to work independently is necessary.
* Strong decision-making skills and knowledge of landscape machinery are beneficial.
* Any relevant qualifications or certification are highly regarded.
* The ability to interpret and work from landscape construction plans is crucial.
* An outgoing and engaging personality is essential for success in this role.
* A White Card is mandatory.
