Key Responsibilities
* Edit, publish and manage content on our website, ensuring it is accurate, accessible, user-focused, and effectively promoted across digital channels.
* Collaborate with subject-matter experts to review and update web content.
* Ensure content aligns with business needs, user experience and SEO best practice, and accessibility standards.
* Use analytics and accessibility tools to understand user behaviour and improve content.
* Provide guidance to staff on writing for the web and using templates and style guides.
* Respond to website feedback and manage content-related requests.
* Provide design advice and produce accessible online materials in line with our standards.
About You
* A background in web design and digital communications, with experience managing content across digital platforms.
* Advanced skills in web content management systems and content optimisation.
* Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
* Understanding of user experience design, WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards, and SEO.
* Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics to guide content strategy.
* Strong communication skills and ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
* Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage stakeholders and multiple projects under pressure and apply sound judgment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a government or regulatory environment, although this is not essential.
