Job Purpose
The job holder will work as a subject matter expert for the Structures team, ensuring maintenance activities and project delivery meet all requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and monitor the execution of technical plans to ensure structural integrity on designated networks.
* Assess defect management conducted by maintenance teams to guarantee adherence to contractual and regulatory standards.
* Support project identification, prioritization, and scoping for major and minor projects.
* Contribute to work method development and administer overall job planning and programming.
* Assign works and resources to deliver structures maintenance within set parameters, monitor workflow, and set project goals.
* Manage project delivery to meet client expectations and deadlines.
* Oversee construction activities and adopt suitable methods.
* Plan work, monitor implementation, and evaluate effectiveness to achieve desired outcomes.
* Monitor progress for adherence to schedules, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones.
* Analyse and use document and record management, reporting, and compliance documentation.
* Review design documentation and provide constructive input on final designs.
* Coordinate construction engineering activities to implement projects according to plans, designs, and specifications.
