About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate recruitment activities across multiple business units, delivering a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
* Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage talented individuals.
* Prepare and distribute employment contracts and other relevant documentation.
* Support the development and implementation of attraction and retention strategies.
* Lead the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment tools and processes.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and organizational charts.
* Contribute to the coordination and delivery of seasonal recruitment campaigns.
* Provide administrative and systems support to recruitment and onboarding activities.
* Monitor recruitment trends and support the development of employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced and complex environment.
* Demonstrated success in sourcing and building pipelines of talent across various disciplines.
* Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and process improvements.
* Strong relationship management skills and ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
* Tech-savvy with sound knowledge of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
