What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and manage branch operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and service excellence
* Inspire and guide your team, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism
* Drive performance through clear KPIs and continuous improvement
* Build trusted relationships with customers, resolving issues with confidence and care
* Manage budgets and P&L, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth
* Champion safety and compliance across all aspects of the operation
* Expand our local market presence through strategic thinking and community engagement
Qualifications
* What You'll Bring
* Proven leadership experience in transport, logistics, or depot/branch management
* Strong knowledge of transport regulations, safety standards, and operational compliance
* A hands-on, people-first approach to leadership
* Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain (we'll support you with training)
* HR Licence or willingness to obtain (we'll support you with training)
* Tech-savvy with MS Office and logistics systems experience
