Leadership Role
A newly created executive position within a respected aged care and retirement living provider seeks a strategic and operational leader to shape the future direction of the organisation. The successful candidate will drive financial leadership and embed new ways of working across corporate and operational services.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to build, influence, and embed new ways of working across corporate and operational services. Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the Board on strategic initiatives, you will partner in reporting and long-term planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, human resources, administration, infrastructure, and enterprise services.
* Take ownership of financial management, budgeting, compliance reporting, and governance frameworks.
* Lead organisational readiness for sector reforms and drive operational excellence across aged care and retirement living.
* Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic initiatives, reporting, and long-term planning.
* Mentor and lead diverse teams while embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
You will bring a strong finance background and proven executive or senior leadership experience. Specifically, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Finance (preferred) or Business, with deep financial management expertise.
* A track record of leading corporate services and/or operations at scale.
* Experience in aged care, health, or not-for-profit sectors.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging Boards, regulators, and senior leadership.
* A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational delivery.
