Role Overview: Responsible AI Business Strategy Consultant
Focusing on our Professional Services' influence in AI technologies, especially within Salesforce's Einstein solutions, this role requires expertise in generative, predictive, and analytic AI, alongside a strong background in AI ethics, design, and technology. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding strategic engagements, coaching both technical and non-technical teams, managing executive relationships, and delivering strategic roadmaps. They will also contribute to pre-sales, delivery, product feedback, marketing, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
1. AI Expertise: Provide strategic guidance on AI technologies, develop thought leadership content, and maintain perspectives on AI's human elements and impacts.
2. Trusted AI Services: Lead AI coaching engagements, develop assessments, visions, and roadmaps, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and connecting AI innovations across Salesforce groups.
3. Product & Industry Alignment: Collaborate with product and industry leaders to ensure feedback integration and tailored solutions for customer needs.
4. Customer & Executive Engagement: Engage senior leaders through meetings and workshops, demonstrating AI expertise and fostering trust in responsible AI adoption.
5. Account Strategy: Act as a trusted advisor to sales, translating customer needs into tailored Salesforce AI solutions and supporting pre-sales activities.
6. Knowledge & Enablement: Share AI knowledge internally and externally, creating content and establishing thought leadership in AI.

* Proficiency in Salesforce products and solution implementation.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Willingness to travel approximately 40% as needed.
* Degree or equivalent experience; relevant extracurricular or volunteer leadership roles are valued.
