Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and oversee cargo handling, ramp operations, and general airport activities.
* Ensure smooth and timely execution of operational tasks.
* Provide administrative and office support as needed.
* Act as a representative of the airline, supervising operations carried out by partner companies.
* Take on additional responsibilities as required, including ad hoc tasks and multitasking assignments.
Profile
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Japanese language skills are a plus, but not essential.
* Genuine interest in Japan, its culture, or language is essential.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Self-driven and collaborative team player.
* Prior experience in a similar airline or airport operations role is highly valued.
* Flexible to work shifts:
* Flight days: 15:00 - 23:00
* Non-flight days: 9:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00
