The Opportunity
Reporting to the Exploration leadership team, this is a hands‐on leadership role within our field operations.
You will be responsible for coordinating Field Technicians, supporting geologists in the field, and ensuring the safe, efficient execution of exploration and rehabilitation activities.
This role plays a key part in keeping drilling programs running smoothly, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring all field data and samples are collected and managed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise daily activities of Field Technicians
* Support geologists with drill programs, sampling and field execution
* Supervise drill site preparation, access and rehabilitation activities
* Oversee diamond core processing including mark‐up, orientation, photography and sampling
* Ensure QAQC protocols are followed and all data is recorded accurately
* Manage field consumables, equipment and logistics
* Conduct training and Verification of Competency (VOC) for field teams
* Maintain strong safety standards and compliance across all activities
Statutory Requirement – Mandatory
This position requires appointment as a Statutory Supervisor under WA mining legislation.
Applicants must have:
* Completed WHS risk management units of competency
* Successfully passed the DMIRS statutory examination
* Met all requirements for Schedule 26 appointment

* Experience working in remote FIFO environments
