About the Role
You'll play a vital role in positively impacting the lives of our residents and their families. Every individual in our homes has a story, and you'll get to know each one as you:
* lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
* work with our team to support those with challenging needs
* help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
* keep tabs on our residents' health – helping with treatments
* be a friend to our residents
* make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected
You'll be a true team player and great communicator, with:
* a real desire to make a difference in people's lives
* a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
* time spent working as a caregiver or similar
* solid clinical documentation and computer skills
