What You'll Do
Lead and inspire your team to meet production and quality targets.
Plan and allocate work across product groups ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
Support workshop operations including managing tooling daily, timesheets maintenance, checking job packs, and dispatch readiness.
Manage maintenance plans and action all tooling requirements of the team as required.
Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in every process.
Be the go-to technical leader for problem-solving and team development.
What You'll Bring
Qualified Mechanical Fitter (Trade Certificate required).
Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or processing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of crushers, pumps, screens, cyclones or similar.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
A proactive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to safety and quality.
Current driver's licence; additional tickets (Rigging, Forklift, Confined Space) are a plus.
