You'll be an indispensable helper to our residential aged care manager and client services officer. Your day will involve:
* Friendly customer service
* Managing the front desk and emails
* Welcoming visitors and contractors
* Assisting with supplies and staff uniforms
* Keeping on top of paperwork
* Supporting the office manager and residential aged care manager
You'll be a people person and problem-solver, with high attention to detail. You'll also have:
* A desire to make a difference in people's lives
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
