About the Role
Supporting people with disability to transform their lives is a pivotal role in our organisation. As an Employment Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders including employers and participants to deliver tailored employment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Skill matching: Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
* Client support: Support participants to identify skills to become job ready
* Service delivery: Deliver quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
* Training and referrals: Enhance participants employability through training and support service referrals
* Job plans: Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways
* Relationship building: Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Requirements
* Australian residency
* Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
* MyGovID (Standard level)
* Willngness to complete National Police Check
* Able to pass Working with Children Check
* Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
