BM&Y Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers are currently recruiting for a full time receptionist to join our West Perth Office team.
We require a candidate who is well-presented, self-motivated and can demonstrate a positive and proactive approach in all tasks provided.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for our firm's valued clients and be a key team member in providing administration assistance to our business.
This role encompasses a wide variety of tasks including liaising with clients and team communication (including telephone, incoming and outgoing mail and banking duties), general clerical support (including scanning, filing of documents and maintaining our database).
The successful candidate must possess the following attributes:
* The ability to provide an efficient and courteous service to our team and clients
* Willingness to learn, positive attitude and a proactive approach to your role
* An excellent phone manner
* Excellent computer skills including MS Office
* Professional image and well rounded communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi task
Remuneration offered will be competitive based upon relevant work experience.
