About the role
In this position you will sell parts to your customers via the back and front counter, in person and over the phone. As the public face of a large, successful spare parts business, your goal is to deliver 10/10 service to your customers at all times.
The person we seek
We need a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who has previous automotive spare parts interpreting experience in a new vehicle dealership or aftermarket parts environment.
Required attributes, skills and experience
* Proven Parts Interpreter experience
* Minimum 1-2 years of Parts Interpreter experience is required
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Good level of computer literacy and ability
* A good mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
* Friendly, positive, can-do attitude
* Current drivers licence (essential)
* Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
* Willingness to work Saturday morning roster and other paid overtime if required
