Responsibilities As the new Store Manager in this hugely popular large format Colac business, you will be joining a company who believe in the power of exceptional customer experiences and fostering a dynamic team culture that drives sales results.
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about customer satisfaction and who has a track record of achieving and exceeding financial and team goals.
Coming from an extensive management background, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to create and support a team who collaborate and are committed to operational excellence.
You will understand the importance of surrounding yourself with excellent people, and will be confident dedicating your time to training and working closely alongside your team on the shop floor.
Oversee high-volume inventory levels and merchant to optimise product presentation and sales.
Follow policies, procedures and OH&S; standards to ensure a safe and happy workplace.
Qualifications / Attributes Retail management leadership with a focus on customer satisfaction and achieving financial and team goals.
Attitude and people leadership are prioritized; background in trades or automotive is not essential.
