The purpose of the ACBU is to ensure centralised processes amongst our outpatient services and to support our staff in providing the best care for our patients.Administrative Officers are often the first point of contact for patients, families and their carers in an outpatient setting. Administrative Officer roles within ACBU are responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, administrative support and actively contributing to a positive experience for our patients and visitors.The role requires flexibility in working across multiple clinics, and the ideal candidate should be capable of managing a variety of tasks within the Department of Endocrinology.
