About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Training Manager responsible for training and change activities to uplift the business’s capabilities. You’ll contribute to the success of the recent Workday implementation by working closely with internal stakeholders and enhancing the team’s training capabilities.
The Service Line (About)
The Workday support team was created to support the recent implementation of Workday HCM and Financials. We handle project prioritisation, operational decisions, data standardisation, issue resolution, release management, and support, training, and change management.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Coordinate, prepare, and execute communications and training efforts related to the Workday system and related process changes.
Develop and deliver Workday-related communications, e.g., announcements, informational sites.
Implement change management strategies to ensure effective communication and system adoption.
Collaborate with Workday BAU Team, People & Culture, and Finance to develop and execute training and communication plans.
Measure the effectiveness of communication and training to identify improvement opportunities.
Manage Workday Learning access and course allocation.
Maintain and develop Workday training content and materials for stakeholders.
Support and deliver training sessions.
Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create engaging learning solutions.
Skills/Attributes Required
Minimum 2 years in a training role.
Experience managing internal communications via portals, SharePoint/Intranet, leadership forums.
Experience managing change through stakeholder management, communication, and training plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to transfer skills effectively to team members.
Qualifications And Experience Required
Strong writing skills, creative outlook, attention to detail, editing, and tone.
Ability to work independently and produce high-quality training materials.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Creativity in developing communication and training assets.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Effective team player, proficient with cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in LMS, e-learning tools, and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge or experience with the Workday platform is highly regarded.
