Situated in a prime position on the edge of the stunning Swan River, the hotel adjoins Barrack Square and the Elizabeth Quay precinct. The 229-room hotel boasts stunning panoramic river and city skyline views. This stylish full-service hotel is home to Reel Kitchen, 18 Knots Rooftop Bar, and picturesque banquet facilities.
Beyond leading a kitchen, this role is the curator of a 5-course symphony at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront.

Responsibilities
* Expertly manage and lead kitchen operations with confidence and precision.
* Design innovative, trend-driven dishes and special event menus.

* Keep costs under control without compromising quality.
About You
* Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered).
* Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided).
* Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in leading a similar banquets and functions role; hotel background preferable.
* Thrive under pressure, staying calm and in control while keeping everything running smoothly.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills, plus flexible availability on weekends and evenings.
* Holding a Food Safety and/or HACCP certificate, you're ready to make every shift a success.
