About Triple Zero Victoria

Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state's emergency services agencies. It offers Victoria's 24-hour emergency call‐taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES. This integration of emergency services communications within Triple Zero Victoria is unique in Australia and rare worldwide.

About The Role

Emergency Communications Officers (Triple Zero Call‐takers) receive and process all emergency and non‐emergency triple zero calls from the public and other emergency service agencies. There really is no average day – every day is different and rewarding. You will be supported from day one with fully paid comprehensive training before speaking real triple zero calls with your teammates.

We offer several roster options depending on your preferred location: full‐time rotating roster, full‐time set roster and part‐time set roster.
