At Australian Unity, we're transforming care by putting people and communities first. Across 50+ Neighbourhoods nationwide, our carers work with collaboration, compassion, and innovation to help ageing Australians stay healthy, independent, and connected at home. We're creating a trusted, personal healthcare experience built around what matters most to our customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same — you'll balance leading people with navigating daily challenges, driving teamwork, and creating an environment where carers thrive and customers live their best lives.
