We are looking for empathetic, professional and friendly people who will have their best interest at heart to join our **On-trip Customer Support Service**, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

**About the role**
As travel demand returns and more Australians seek dependable travel insurance, there is no better opportunity to join an award-winning provider that offers a distinctive value proposition yet to be offered in the Australian market.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the safety and security of our travellers and support our global partners in providing exceptional customer service 24/7.
**You will be**:
- First point of contact, receiving inbound calls from on-trip customers, handling emergency assistance cases and general enquiries
- Listening attentively and providing tailored solutions that meet customers' needs while complying with existing Service Level Agreements.
- Promoting the company ethos by providing an exceptional customer experience
- working across a 24/7 rotating roster, seven days a week, to ensure coverage and availability for customers, whenever and wherever they need it the most (we will do our best to fit in with your availability/preferences)
- Prepared to undertake and successfully complete all training
- You'll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and collaborate with a diverse, skilled team to provide exceptional service.
**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience as a customer service contact centre agent or professional transferable skills
- A mature mindset which is supportive and allows you to 'walk in our customer's shoes'
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy while communicating with customers
- Analytical and problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
Reliability and punctuality
- Available to work across?a 24/7 rotating roster?(10 x 8 hour shifts / fortnight - shifts are 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, 12am - 8am)
