Leadership Role - Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve their full potential.



About the Job

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, coaching and developing team members, and maintaining a safe working environment. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and leading your team to success.



Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage store operations.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
* Live and breathe genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers.
* Be a safety leader, providing a safe work environment for yourself, team members, and customers.
* Set a positive example at all times.
* Often have opening and closing responsibilities.



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Previous supervisory experience or a willingness to take on new challenges.
* Demonstrated previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
* Ideal: mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
* Flexible availability and a valid driver's licence.
* The physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature).
* Prioritise safety.
