Key Responsibilities
* Rostering of traffic control staff and company vehicles using our operations software Traffio
* Liaising with clients and internal departments regarding rostering, project scheduling and operational matters
* Assisting with fleet management and coordination of vehicles
* Supporting the operations team with general administration and coordination duties
* Ensuring projects are staffed efficiently and effectively
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role within the Traffic Management industry
* Essential: Experience using Traffio
* Strong communication skills with the ability to problem solve and think on your feet
* Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Strong computer and administration capabilities
