Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to assist those in the community with various barriers to employment to find suitable work.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Reverse Marketing of identified engaged job ready clients to provide employment opportunities.
* Utilise a variety of methods to actively & regularly engage with job ready clients across region including on or offsite and remote.
* Maintain up to date and relevant Labour Market Information and develop strategies to support and meet demands of shortage sectors.
* Provide support and advice to employers on training and ongoing employment support provided from the organisation, including departmental wage subsidies and incentives.

About the Role

This is an exceptionally rewarding position where no two days will be the same. We are looking for someone who can build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers and relevant agencies.

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Essential Requirements:
* Proven ability to assess labour market demand and supply and build strategies to address this.
* Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated high level professionalism, attention to detail and compliance focused.
* Ability to interpret contractual guidelines and apply as appropriate.
* Ability to work within stringent KPIs and demonstrated experience in exceeding targets.
