THE ROLE
As the Project Officer, you support the delivery team with projects from design through to delivery and work with consultants and contractors to deliver quality outcomes. The role involves managing project data, contracts, reporting, and financial processes. This is a fixed-term role until 30 June 2028 within the delivery team supporting housing projects at every stage.

Accountabilities Include
Provide end-to-end support across all project phases, including reporting, briefs, and submissions.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement, meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up activities.
Streamline processes and create new systems to improve efficiency and quality of support.
Support Project Managers and the Executive Project Director with deliverables and priorities.
Skills & Experience
Experience in design/project management and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams (structural engineering/design preferred).
Solid knowledge and experience of governance frameworks, Project Development, Construction and Financial Management Acts, and the Victorian Government Purchasing Board Guidelines.
Solid MS Office, email management, and SharePoint skills.
Project management experience gained from working on complex, high-profile projects, tenders, contract administration, and construction management.
