About You
You are a credible, market‐respected Loss Adjuster with a proven track record managing major and complex claims. You bring strong industry relationships, sound judgement, and the ability to navigate complex scenarios with confidence.
Key Capabilities
* Experience managing major and complex loss claims
* Strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and key stakeholders
* Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to manage complex portfolios with a commercial, client‐focused approach
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and technical excellence
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in major and complex loss adjusting
* ANZIIF or AICLA qualifications (or equivalent)
* Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
* Valid driver's licence
